My name is Rose. I’m a health and wellness enthusiast, a food-eating enthusiast (because, obviously), and a recipe creator-slash-experimenter. I’ve had IBD, in the form of Crohn’s Disease, since I was 17 years old. I’m currently a thirty-something-year old, living in Montreal, Canada, where I have a full-time job that I love, while I also maintain my passion for food and fitness!!
