sweet & salty pistachio pecan granola
the perfect balance of sweet and salty on this addictive granola containing pistachios, pecans and more.

- 1 cup raw shelled pistachios
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted or softened
- 1 egg white
chop up all your nuts finely and throw them into a large bowl.
toss the nuts with the salt and cinnamon until covered.
add in your wet ingredients, ending with the egg white.
combine well.
spread the granola mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray. pat down with a spatula and spread to the edges of the baking sheet.
bake in a preheated oven at 330 for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
allow to cool completely before breaking the granola into chunks.
