homemade fudgesicles
these fudgesicles are made with cacao powder and coconut milk, for a creamy, rich, dairy free option that satisfies all year round

- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1/3 cup honey feel free to use slightly more or less depending on desired sweetness - you can taste test the mixture before freezing!
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
throw all your ingredients together in a food processor or blender, and blend until completely smooth and combined.
pour your mixture into popsicle molds - i love these ones from amazon. place your popsicle molds safely in the freezer and allow to freeze for 12 hours or more, until completely solid.
carefully remove from the molds and store in individual baggies or ziploc bags. enjoy a frozen treat!
