homemade fudgesicles

these fudgesicles are made with cacao powder and coconut milk, for a creamy, rich, dairy free option that satisfies all year round

Ingredients

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1/3  cup honey feel free to use slightly more or less depending on desired sweetness - you can taste test the mixture before freezing!
  • 1/3  cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • throw all your ingredients together in a food processor or blender, and blend until completely smooth and combined.
  • pour your mixture into popsicle molds - i love these ones from amazon.
  • place your popsicle molds safely in the freezer and allow to freeze for 12 hours or more, until completely solid.
  • carefully remove from the molds and store in individual baggies or ziploc bags. enjoy a frozen treat!
